M & A ANALYST English/Spanish or English German

Your Challenge
- Analysis of the company performance (absolute / relative)
- Generate models for valuation metrics
- Preparation of company valuation
- Deal structuring
- Participation of buy side cross border transactions
- Building of company forecast models
- Assistance in the preparation of pitches
- Due Diligence analysis
- Gathering of data
- Creation of financial model analysis
Your qualifications
- Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or similar
- 3-5 years of buyside experience in M & A in the energy, investment banking, private equity or Big4 areas
- excellent English skills / excellent Spanish skills / or English / German skills
- experience in the energy field is a big asset
- very strong research and analysis skills
- experience in Financial modelling and valuation
- highly professional in data gathering skills
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail and strong presentation skills
- teamplayer, highly flexible, working experience in a very dynamic environment
- loyal, discret, enterpreneurial thinking
