SENIOR ESG ANALYST MANAGER ENERGY

Our client, a very dynamic Globalplayer in Zurich is looking for a highly analytical talent.......


Your Challenge

  • You are responsible to select various ESG data sources to form a coordinated, state-of-the-art house view
  • You will collaborate across departments and countries to perform sector analyses, get an informed opinion and support fundamental integration of relevant insights in research outcomes and investment cases
  • You will contribute the ESG expertise to the investigation of company-specific incidents such as business conduct violations
  • you deliver the input for engagement topics and act as a specialist in engagement discussions with corporates
  • you will ensure alignment with applicable industries and collaborate closely and liaise through membership in relevant industry associations and initiatives
  • You will further develop and consolidate the Groups materiality view and ESG policies in line with current market and international standards
  • you will act as a senior point of contact for ESG content expertise globally
  • you will support marketing and sales efforts as well as public and corporate communications, related to industry-specific or cross-sectoral sustainability topics
  • you will work on the ESG strategy and align it with the countries
  • you will ensure an influential engagement among shareholders and opinionleaders
  • you will deliver input for engagment topics and act as a specialist in engagement discussions with corporates
  • you will report to the Board and Shareholders
  • preparing analysis out of sustainability content
  • Travelling across Europe

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master in Finance / Banking, IT, Mathematics or others
  • ESG certificate
  • proven ESG knowledge and insights, profound interest in cross-industry ESG topics
  • experience / interest in commodities / raw material 
  • broad understanding of how material ESG risks and opportunities can affect industries and firms
  • strong knowledge of sustainable data and research landscape
  • knowledge of relevant standards and industry initiatives
  • understanding of financial industry and investments
  • understanding of how ESG information can impact investment decisions
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • strong research experience with ESG topics
  • strong IT and presentations skills
  • excellent English skills
  • teamplayer, flexible, multi-cultural teams, discrete

For our client, a Globalplayer in the Zug area, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic talent.


Your Challenge

  • calculation and posting of monthly market-to-market sales adjustments
  • check if all sales provisional and final invoices are processed
  • coding and booking of all overheads invoices in FA including maintaining
    VAT excel file and filling copies for Swiss VAT purpose
  • preparing the month-end closings
  • assistance in the year-end closings
  • debit & credit notes
  • preparing General Ledger
  • VAT / Taxes and other
  • post bank receipts and payments on daily basis
  • post additional freight, handling and storage costs for tolling material sales
  • reviewing, coding and booking of all travel expense claims
  • taking care of authorization from management for payments
  • preparing and booking of prepaid expenses and fixed assets depreciations
    into P&L
  • daily processing of provisional PGM purchase invoices incl. reviewing and
    crosschecks as per instructions
  • daily processing of sales invoices incl. reviewing and crosschecks as per instructions
  • reconciliation of bank account balances per end of month
  • reconciliation of VAT accounts per end of month
  • maintain quarterly Form 25 for withholding taxes and send yearly to SFTA
  • reconcile inventory accounts in Finaccount after closing
  • reporting to the Head Accounting
  • reconciliation of sub-ledger and general ledger accounts
  • post monthly petty cash settlement in Finaccount and do the quarterly
    cash check
  • calculation and posting of stock provisions
  • quarterly customer ranking
  • post monthly petty cash settlement in Finaccount and do the quarterly cash check
  • intercompany reconciliations
  • analysis and various crosscheck as stated on the monthly closing checklist
  • a workload of 80% is possible
     

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master in Finance or commercial education
  • 4-7 years of accounting experience with a Globalplayer
  • Trading experience is a big asset
  • strong IT skills / Excel
  • strong English skills, good German skills would be a big advantage
  • a fast learner, very precise way of working

HEAD ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT / PROCESS DESIGNER

YOUR CHALLENGE
 

  • You work closely with technical experts, architects and business stakeholders 
  • You align technical solutions to the corporate business needs 
  • You will evaluate emerging technologies, architectural patterns and open source initiatives to advance enterprise architectures
  • You develop new products and services aligned with the business
  • You support the company in the expansion strategy with IT solutions
  • You are responsible in designing and articulating enterprise data architectures
  • You will document and build consensus around critical architecture decisions
  • Reporting to the Board / Management
  • You will prepare Functional and Technical Design assets
  • You will map Business Processes on the IT Landscape and define requirements for the customization of Business Applications & Systems
  • You will identify Interfaces
  • You will prepare Interface Designs with End-2-End Data Mappings
  • You will carry out a variety of senior Business Analyst activities such as Requirements Discovery and Management
  • You will establish the metamodel and design Framework

  • You will work closely with other Application Architects (Core Baking, DLT Platform, etc.)
  • You will support the Product Owners to formulate the User Stories within the Product Backlog to fit the Enterprise Architecture design and requirements

 


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

 

Must

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Systems Management, Business Administration or similar 
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience as an ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT in the Financial / Security Industriy (Bank or other)
  • Experience in a Big4 is a big advantage
  • You already led a team of EA
  • Cross-business-domain knowhow is a must
  • Strong knowhow with UML 2.0, BPMN 2.0
  • Strong knowledge in Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Technical Architecture & Solution Architecture Models
  • Knowledge with Integration Patterns & Standards
  • Exposure to Enterprise Architect Frameworks (such as TOGAF)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • B permit, European National or Swiss

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung / Bauherrenvertretung
  • 6-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung / Portfolio Management / Investor Relations
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung Bau 
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Analyt. Denken, prozessorientiertes Denken, sehr kommunikative Fähigkeiten, belastbar, flexibel
  • Starker Umgang im Vertreten von Interessensgemeinschaften / Konfliktlösung
  • Deutsch Muttersprache, Englischkenntnisse
