SENIOR M&A PROJECT MANAGER (ENGLISH)

Our client is a successful global player in the Zug area. On his behalf we are looking for a strong talent.....


Your Challenge

  • Leading negotiations with the different stakeholders of the project
  • Drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, including NDAs, acquisition offers, SPAs, SHAs, term sheets etc.
  • Coordination and execution of M & A projects within the Energy Industry 
  • Definition of project Due Diligence scope of work & budget
  • Negotiation of engagement letters with external advisors
  • Coordination of Due Diligence project
  • Identification and management of red flags arising from Due Diligence
  • Coordination and cooperation with other departments such as Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Treasury, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and others
  • Leading a M&A team
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of potential M&A transactions
  • Development of In-depth financial models 
  • Preparation of Investment Documents / reports
  • Reporting the reports to the Board
  • Assistance of the Group Head M&A Strategy Manager in deal origination across divisons / countries
  • Preparation of short/mid/longterm strategic documents in cooperation with the Group Head & Executive Members
  • Available to travel 


Your qualifications

  • bachelor or master degree or federal diploma in Finance / Banking / Economy, Engineering or other
  • MBA would be a plus 
  • Around 6-10 years as a M & A Project Manager (Industries: Private Equity, Financial Service, Energy, Investment Funds 
  • M&A experience in the Energy field is a must
  • highly analytical, strategical thinking, connecting the dots
  • excellent English skills, other European languages are an asset
  • strong transaction track record
  • having performed relevant transactions involving power generation
  • strong Finance skills / expertise
  • highly detail-orientated
  • ability of leadership skills to lead a project
  • strong presentation skills
  • strong experience in investment funds / investment banks

Ihre Qualifikationen 
 

  • Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder ähnlich
  • Zusatzstudium / Master in Real Estate Management von Vorteil
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie Bauherrenvertretung in der Schweiz
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Abwicklung Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung
  • Erfahrung / Knowhow rund um das Baurecht
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • exzellentes Verhandlungsgeschick & Organisationsflair
  • Analyt. Denken, prozessorientiertes Denken, sehr kommunikative Fähigkeiten, belastbar, flexibel
  • Starker Umgang im Vertreten von Interessensgemeinschaften / Konfliktlösung

  • Develop the international tax strategy and drive the implementation of solutions
  • Provide proactive Tax advise of business expansion, market entries abroad, reorganizations and cross-border transactions involving tax jurisdiction
  • Partner with business leaders, tax, finance, treasury, legal, external advisers regarding tax planning issues
  • Anticipate internal & external tax compliance challenges and regulatory issues
  • Research implications to the business and provide recommendations to the management 
  • Drive process improvements to streamline tax controllership responsibilities
  • Update and maintain global tax risk, transfer pricing and compliance framework
  • Support of global network of subsidiaries with tax audits

Your qualifications

SENIOR CLOUD DEVOP EXPERT 80-100%

Your Challenge

 

As the team is currently accelerating its cloud and DevOps adoption, this is a great opportunity to shape your journey. Our client builds new & actively migrate existing applications and workloads to the cloud (primarily on Microsoft Azure) using the right mix of technologies (e.g. python, Azure Batch, Azure DevOps, Data Factory, DVC, etc.).

As part of this they are actively transforming the way they work by adopting DevOps and agile principles and by leveraging innovation and capabilities cloud technologies and modern development platforms.

As a Senior Cloud DevOps expert for actuarial applications you will:

Leading the transition to a Cloud DevOps environment and the re-design of actuarial applications which are crucial for their business steering

Regulatory reporting (e.g. replicating portfolio for market risk, economic scenario generator, etc.)

Oversight and coaching of less experienced team members in delivering systems/applications refactoring/enhancements and in embracing more modern technologies and way of working (e.g. DevOps).

You will actively engage with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders (e.g. Azure, cloud center of excellence and DevOps community, etc.) to leverage top level expertise and services

You will ensure life actuarial applications and systems are up to the highest quality standards

You will keep abreast of the latest technological developments and best practice to identify and implement future developments

You will lead the technology strategy for the whole team

You will communicate to technical and non-technical departments internally / externally
