Your Challenge
 

• Leading and motivating the Transaction Management team
• Promoting professional and personal development of team members
• Implementing effective work processes, and creating a productive work culture
• Active market research and network building to identify relevant investment opportunities
• Identifying and assessing opportunities for development and value-added projects
• Analysis of potential real estate investments, including risk and return assessment
• Developing and implementing business plans for development projects
• Monitoring and coordinating all phases of real estate transactions
• Leading negotiations and closing deals with sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders
• Finalising and closing the transactions

Your Qualifications
 

• Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or other
• Several years of experience as a Transaction Manager in Real Estate
• Extensive experience in conducting real estate transactions and understanding the potential of developments and multi projects
• Several years of experience in a Leadership role
• Proven ability to lead a team to achieve success
• You have a deep understanding of the Swiss commercial and residential real estate markets        
• Languages : German mothertongue, English advanced skills 
• Strong analytical and IT skills
• Excellent data interpretation skills
• A hands-on attitude, highly flexible, a teamplayer, high quality
• Very strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders
